Hi, I'm Hananingsih Widhiasri, you can call me Hana. I am Visual Artist based in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. I have completed my bachelor's degree at Semarang State University, majoring in Fine Arts, Visual Communication Design study program. I specialize in visual sketch drawing, decorative illustration and graphic design.
I have been working as a visual artist for the last 4 years, i am interested in arts and culture research, i also joined as a collective member of Kolektif Hysteria; studiying collectivism, public art, urbanism and practicing art directing on their platform called Hysteria Artlab.
In my work I want to present certain messages, such as retelling the history of church figures (saints), some of the illustrations that I make also convey messages of diversity, local culture, and the relationship between living things, not only fellow humans but humans with plants (flora), humans with animals (fauna); (sociocultural); (naturalculture).
